About me

Before I found my love of design, I have been teaching math and english to students for over five years, often articulating lessons on complex concepts so it can be easily understood. I love connecting with people and helping them build the skills and knowledge they need to excel. I am passionate about helping people live more fulfilled lives, and this is why I design.

My Process

My design process is intentional and adaptive. Generally, I strive to follow the double diamond process by initially conducting plenty of research, understanding the findings through personas and stories, then iterating on the solutions from early sketches to high-fidelity prototypes. In practice however, there are always constraints that must be considered like tight timelines and technical limitations. As a UX Product Designer, its imperative for me to apply the method that makes the most sense for the problem in its context.

I love solving problems and working under limitations to find a solution that ticks all the boxes, while actively collaborating with my team to make it happen. Currently, I'm working at IndoorBuddy helping people discover and navigate to recipes in store. I also love engaging with the design community!

In my spare time...

I love going to concerts and hikes, riding my bike, and taking photos. I love to stay inspired by placing myself in new environments and absorbing the scene around me! I find myself often fully immersing myself in my city, New York, capturing the light and shadows of the streets and anything that sparks my attention.
